We get our products directly from the manufacturer or from their Licensed Distributors. Ultimate-wireless.com® carry's a wide variety of products that includes but are not limited to: Bluetooth headsets, mobile accessories, video game accessories, gaming consoles, fitness accessories and more. We ship all of our orders from within the United States.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct and you include a telephone number where you can be reached. Ultimate-wireless.com® is NOT responsible for items stolen from your porch or property. A claim needs to filed with the carrier. No refund or replacement will be given.
When you place an order, Ultimate-wireless.com® will usually ship your merchandise within 48hours . That time is used to make sure your payment clears.
Shipping charges include a Handling Fee.
We use USPS (United States Postal Service), FEDEX or UPS for shipping. Ground Shipping is the current default shipping method.
International Shipping Currently unavailable.
Free Shipping offer valid only on Domestic Orders of $99 or More (Temporarily Suspended). EXCLUDING GAMING CONSOLES . Ground Shipping is Free, Priority is Additional cost.
Ground shipping usually takes 5-7 Business Days. May take a little bit longer due to inclement weather or busy holiday seasons.

- Items Without a copy of your Receipt and a RMA# (Returned Merchandise Authorization) assigned by Ultimate-wireless.com® via email.

- All returns must have the complete Return Merchandise Authorization # (RMA) prominently displayed on the shipping label in order to be received into our warehouse. If the RMA# is not visible, your shipment may be refused.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check the product for any defects. All defected merchandise must be reported to us via email within Seven (7)Days and returned within thirty(30) days from the date you receive your shipment. Ultimate-wireless.com® will assign your RMA# via email.
We will not accept any claim for damage or defect after the (30)Day period is over or without a RMA#.
Ultimate-wireless.com® reserves the right to require the purchaser to return the defective goods directly to the manufacturer for replacement after the 30 day period is over.
All Non-defective items returned are subject to a possible 15% restocking fee ( Example: You changed your mind after purchasing.)
Customers are responsible for shipping returns back to Ultimate-wireless.com®.
Once our Return Policy is met, A refund will be given (minus 15% restocking fee)if applicable.
Gaming Returns - We do not except video game returns for a refund. We can give same model/game replacement after we receive the original back.
Why Ultimate-wireless.com®?
We are open 24hrs a day 365 days a year for online ordering. Office hours Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm EST for Customer Service phone calls. No phone orders accepted.
Customer Service email response time is usually within 24 hours, but please allow us up to 48 hours to get back to you. If you do not see a reply from us within 48 hours (not including weekends), please check your Spam/Junk mail folder as our reply may inexplicably end up there. All of your private data is confidential. We will never sell, exchange or market it in any way. Occasionally you will see email promotional material from our sister store D & P fashion Accessories LLC (www.dpfashionaccessories.com) or from our Entertainment Division, Ultimate Wireless Entertainment (www.events-ultimate-wireless.com).
Ultimate-wireless.com® only carries products that are in NEW SEALED manufacturer Retail Packaging (No Repackaged returns), NO Bulk packaging (Unless posted) or unmarked boxes. We cannot check for defects without opening the package, which would void warranties and our return policy. Our receipts are honored by manufacturer’s warranty.

A select few items are Manufacturer certified refurbished. They will be labeled accordingly.
