RETURNS

Please note that the following items may not be returned:

- Manufacturer Discontinued items

- Items for which manufacturers will not accept returns

- Items not purchased from Ultimate Wireless LLC.

- Open units, units which require re-boxing

- Items which have undergone revisions w/out being assigned a new part # by the manufacturer

- Items Without a copy of yahoo Receipt and a RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) # assigned by Ultimate Wireless LLC via email

- All returns must have the complete Return Merchandise Authorization # (RMA#) prominently displayed on the shipping label in order to be received into our warehouse. If the RMA# is not visible, your shipment may be refused.

** It is the customer’s responsibility to check the product for any defects. All defected merchandise must be reported to us via email within Seven (7)Days and returned within thirty(30) days from the date you receive your shipment. Ultimate wireless LLC will assign your RMA# via email. We will not accept any claim for damage or defect after the (30)Day period is over or without a RMA# **
